Design Mentorship
In the past few years I've mentored many designers and teams, either via the Ladies that UX mentorship programme, or via the diverse lead roles I've held. The mentorship form I adhere to is structured but allowing the mentee to co-create the format that fits their needs. My approach is no-nonsense, empathetic and open. I always find ways to pinpoint the issue you're trying to solve and then suggesting practical steps you can take to tackle your challenge. Design mentorship
The sessions we had were thoroughly structured and that's what I really liked the most. Every session led to another objective and build-up, which could be quite useful if you are still discovering what you want to do and what you are good at.
